Most common these days is probably Phase-drums--armlet build.
Power treads vs phase is probably dependent on the heroes and the team. Going into S&Y is mostly about the move speed/maim, and it does give solid stats, aka "the race car build". Lifes stealer hits like a truck even if the play goes for s&y + butterfly. LS is just that BAMF.
Most players will choose to go into an abyssal after the phase/drums/armlet.

to be fair, he has a 74% winrate with LS. Some players still prefer treads in pro matches, and of wookies games, he never skips armlet.
Concede, in that game our ls couldnt do shit with his pro build. The problem is not only of the item set, but what heroes your're playing against, what style they play etc. But ofc 3k mmrs like that ls dont know that such things even exist.
