int - OD or silencer, silencer probably harder if the game is really long, but usually it isn't

Spectre is harder carry than void, 6 slot void cant kill 6 slots spectre even in chrono, than spectre pop up manta and void is death.

Also, medusa is way better at late team fights. Void can be countered so easily.

Void with BKB, mjolnir, mom, MKB, agha and refresher would solo kill spectre, i dont know about medusa but prob void will win even against medusa with that items

Void with aghanim and refresher wouldnt need boots at first place because he can time walk out after using refresher but lets say if the void still had boots i will say he will get raped by spectre's or medusa's team

but every carry depends of the game man, for example if a team with a sven in late game has aoe stuns CK is going to lose every fight.

INT: OD, however assuming the game lasts 99999999999999999minutes, Silencer.

Agi: Spectre, Medusa, Void, Morphling, Anti-Mage, I'd say: Tier1 best lategame: Medusa Morph Spectre, then Void and Anti-mage.

It all depends on the enemy lineup though.

Ok i am going to be honest i didnt try with sven vs lone druid but i will, what i usually do is get the bear with 6 damage items and buy 2 hearts, shivas, ac and vlads on the big bear.

The big one was so tanky that a 6 sloted PL coundt kill him

I love it when people try to 1v1 heroes. Be in mind that this is a 5v5 game, you won't solo shit.
Also, technically; antimage, void, spectre and pa are the most harders carries you can get on agility.
As for STR, I would say dragon knight and sven.
INT is complicated.
