I might say they have better team work and communication due to experience

Based on this it seems 4800-5000 rating means you are legitimately about as good as the weakest pro teams. I would really like to see how that compares to the better pro teams, but for some reason they did not get ratings.
no it doesn't because you're assuming the numbers would actually represent skill, while all they do is represent the average MMR of the players + a minor increase when having the luck to get matched against high ranked teams where they can actually gain a few points for a win
The only way to really see who is better is to have the teams play each other directly, and more than once.
But I'm sure that any 4800 rated team does have a real chance against a team like Lions Pride or Power Rangers. The pro teams have played together a lot more and have developed better synergy but they are not more talented than the best pubs. Currently the talent pool for who could potentially be on a pro team is very large.
The players that are on the teams right now are often there because of who they happened to know when - not because they are the best players. Dota 2 as a sports industry is in its infancy.
Teamwork and synergy is an almost magical quality that usually means a lot more than individual skill and takes time to develop. If you have choice of someone who is the 20th most skilled carry in the world, but has no experience with you or someone who is the 100th most skilled carry in the world that has played with you for a year...well its an obvious choice. Having a stable team that really does work together is the hardest thing to do and means the most in terms of actually winning games.

if i stacked from game 0, picked op heroes every game, and made ppl i knew make new accoutns to ensure low mmr id have 100% win, so would a lot of other good players
