Been experimenting with Meepo Offlane by abusing Pack Rat and Armlet to have a Tanky Rooting AoE SpellDMG Meepo with good Auras and Initiation
Before Armlet I will use a Morbid Mask so every meepo has Vladmir for 900gold
Armlet is a TOGGLE. So no cooldown penalties. It gives +25str to Main Meepo and his clones. Clones get +25str from their individual Armlet:
Every clone gets +50 STR, 35 DMG, 4 ARMOR, 25% SLOW RESIST while only being drained by 1 Armlet
WIth 3 Meepos, PTreads, Vlad(from the PackRat Morbi Mask), Drums of Endurance and Armlet in PackRat at about 16min you have almost 3kHP on clones a little less on Main Meepo. Then get a Blink/Shard/Aghs or just whaetever the game needs. Also upgrade the Drums because we really need that AttackSpeed
Also geting the Poof Damage Talent at 10 and 25, Net CDR at 15, 20 is situational. I actually tried even a Yasha&Kaya for the lacking AGI, Spell AMP and reduced Cast Time. Poof and Dig happen so fast you cant even cast it before blinking
Swaping the Armlet for Eternal Shroud or Holy Locket are big chad moves too if needed
