Any instant disable heroes you could think of. Rubick - one of the most punishing of all heroes in Dota 2.
Shaman, Lion - instant hex against mag.
But from my side I would choose shadow demon, disruption is a very effective skill to save your teammates.
For my Ursa offlane. If I see enemy Rubick pos 4 or 5, okay I will have an easy lane or game in my lane

I just start with boots with any support and ursa is nullified in lane
Yeah, Ursa is stronger than most carry in 1v1 match up. But enemy 5 and my sup 4 mess this up. I usually win my lane if my sup 4 = enemy 5 in performance.
