If you can go to the gym, almost every "pull" exercise would help, and off course deadlift. If you can't go to the gym, buy a handgrip and instead of doing a lot of repetitions just try to press and mantain closed as muchs as possible, repeat a few times. and you can buy rubber bands, cover your fingers with them and try to expand your finger, It doesn't improve your grip, but strenghten your fingers and its great for mobility and wrist strenght.

Secondly, thats basic stuff im aware of. I cant lift weight standing due to an old trauma which limits me quite a bit.
Grip =/= fingers
might sound ridiculous but doing pull-ups with a towel has been working great for my grip strength

Why do you need to improve finger strength by the way?
try stretching your foreskin, an appropiate amount of grip strength should come with it
