some games are unwinnable. try to farm jungle unless you have a jungler ,in that case just ruin enough to make the enemies end faster and teammates think your are genuinely bad

farm jungle camps, don't die and win 1 or 2 team fights and then u will just lead the game. it's yet pretty hard and need a lot of teamwork to comeback.

bait enemies with droped tangos and kill them until you win
worst case scenario block their push with a wall of gg branches trees
