U want to spend 2625 in order to get ~150 gold advantage which does nothing ingame unless ur trashing real hard or u have magnus. It Dosent synergise into late game and ends up as a wasted slot.
Meme hammer shouldn't be bought for farming purposes, even fighting ones are debateable. It's so hard to land the stun and the damage just isn't worth it, I believe the item was designed to push and just that. If you want a farming item for this cost, I think Maelstrom is your option
I like to make meme hammer on Roof and Magnus, that extra 2sec CC and damage can really make a difference which cant be ignored.
you can also just cut a creepwave with the hammer (since you can use it on every wave on that lane), but i would recommend it only on heroes that have a nice setup (od, sd, maybe on a roaming kunkka) or when your team has no way to siege towers

If you stacked two camps before using it would it be worth grabbing over a Midas/Helm? Or do neutral creep resistances make it not viable?
