it's usually both , but mostly bad. by getting better your lower the impact of luck on your games. but sure dota can be " tricky" sometimes. you win some games mostly cause of luck and you think you got better, than your luck run out the loosing streak commes XD.
Your picks suck. That is one reason why you keep losing the same MMR you gain.
I played a lot of core heroes in 3k and it was easy (3ks don't deal with offlaners very well).
If you want to play support, play something that is idiot-proof and has a big impact on the game like SS or lich. You're just making life hard for yourself by picking situational heroes like clock and earthspirit.
Sometimes you just have to be better and carry the team. LIKE REALLY CARRY THE TEAM

Last game i had an Ursa with 5K DAMAGE. 5K FUCKING DAMAGE. i do not mean to be a douche. But when i mark huskar safe lane. all people in my team is willing to communicate but not with Ursa. (He is only one uncalibrated and 2nd pick ursa)
