view the person's profile and then there should be an icon at the top to remove friend. Otherwise you could do it from the steam friends list. Both result in the same thing.

this is ur mates that u played games with, could be random people who u met 3 times in a row too this cant be deleted

I have 15+ teammates in my account and it bug me sometime for wasting couple of seconds when finding a person out of teammate section to invite them.
How to delete some of the people in my teammates section inside the game?
Is it possible? Because I want to cut some of them and make it few.
