@potato marshall, lets race to 4.5, so you spam sb while I spam IO and earth spirit, just to see if a very small hero pool spam can beat one hero spam vice versa.

Chen? If you know how.
1) can gank very early on
2) doesn't need much farm to function, yet can do so much if he gets a little farm
3) can jungle in between rotations, so won't be gold-starved
4) pretty decent mobility

I sometimes lose vs boots sb being 4 slotted or more...

SB is definitely a pain in the ass. Pudge too, lion, sky, mirana (quite hard) and wd (pretty weak, they end up 3-4-5 manning and focusing you eventually... sad life) are some you could try out.

and yes, tusk is incredibly strong too

@etdawesome, ok i'll try chen, but i think i wont get that much chance to play him because people usually pick invo or other heroes that build midas, i'll try him on a 5-stack party

if enemy lanes are weak you can get a little greedy, pick silencer and just spread cancer

sub 4k support is so easy lol, games are decided SO FUCKING EARLY ON IN THE GAME and its so easy to get away with a lot of stuff because everyone is retarded

i have yet to meet someone IN 3.5K beat my lv 1 first blood spirit breaker cheese, no one knows how to do something about it

then after 5 mins - 10 mins u just win the game because at this point u alr have a gold lead while ur enemy just wants to kill themselves because all their lanes are losing and they dunno who to blame anymore

in 80% of my games id rather solo support and let the other guy go for his retarded midas aghs mirana or jungle bs or whatever and im positive that in such games i have higher winrate as solo support rather with some "helpful" guy who probably has no idea what hes doing at all

like how hard can it be to outplay enemy suports if 9 out of 10 supports in 4k dont scout enemy obs dont block enemy ranged and dont carry tp/need 5s to realize some1 needs help, not talking about "helpuing" carries block creeps or standing with them in an empty lane for moral support

I was at some point at high 4k, i play supp more seriously than when i play core, carrying tp with me @start of the game is my habit, and I gank, counter gank, in short I try my best in every game i play as a support

@pyontan, yeah i hate those kind of supps where they put wards on very dumb spot, example, @3 mins in the game, they ward on the cliff near tier 2 tower, which is basically useless

TP rotations. How I wish supports picked that up as early as 2.5K at least. I tried to do it when I played support in ranked, but I just got flamed by my carry because I'm abandoning him. While our mid is getting ganked. The mentality was "leave him, so we can say fail mid and report him later, plus I will carry this anyways don't need noob mid".

@etdawesome, as position 4, tp scroll is indeed a starting item, since you never know when they might gank, as pos 5, its ok to get it 2 mins later, well that kind of mentality that you mentioned is indeed one of the worst

Both have base good move speed and can live without arcane boots therefore are the best for solo supporting

Alternatively to Chen, Ench? Much more gold dependent, though, but they have identical level 1 presence.
I'm throwing junglers out there because solo supporting usually means little farm, but you should at least retain potential to farm if the map calls for it. That's why CM was so good before she become Techies movespeed and 1 spell max at lvl 1; she didn't need anything, she could be very active, but she could fall back to farm anyways with 2nd skill.

Solo suports might be those which aren't item dependent, like dazzle, witch doctor, disruptor, lich, omniknight, clock (as pos 4) they got impact without any items.
