ive seen io dual offlanes, it works well with certain heroes like bristle, legion, maybe clock

only pos 4 unless u got 1k games with him and play core
safelane/jungle
the default io pairs are tiny, ck and sven. io necro dual off is quite cancerous but its been about a year since i last saw it.
