Wew that's way easier than bb, treant or jakiro and cm offlane and if silencer was banned and no shadow demon. Even if u tri lane against tri lane, that lane is still hell
And why not stack the neutral camps, the small one and medium one, both are fairly near your tower, a big camp is near but its too risky to stack

This is an AMAZING idea in a situation where you are 100% sure to die should you leave your tower.
yeah at lvl 6 i told ww to leave lane because they cant kill me anyway, and he just sits behind me without being able to do anything.
but thats when he started to nuke waves for some reason, people get mad about anything haha. "you can leave and pick up bounties or kill sven im fine" REEEEEEE nub carry ima take his LH now
thats why i want to learn slark i always had a relatively easy time catching up. in normal skill you get your shadowblade and pick offs are guaranteed. theres always some dumb core farming jungle with 15% health or solo pushing lanes
Tell your support to single pull small camp, then farm what you can of the wave and get a comeback Midas
That was just my opinion based from my experience with similar situations, in my opinion, ww and venge are to blame here, since they did not help you at bot, they should have just left mirana solo against sven since you are the main carry, stacking camps can be good if your support always nuke the creep waves

I played slark yesterday against a PA-wr-treant tri offlane.
Only could last hit under tower and still got harrassed with dagger and powershot
if that wasnt enough my WW support decided to nuke waves, further limiting the last hits i could get under tower
meanwhile my mirana venge dual offlane fed 3 kills to the enemy solo sven
i mean, come on it cant get any worse than this?

somehow i ended the game 3 lvls ahead of all my teammates with almost double the hero damage and 100 more gpm
sadly i cant even play slark maybe i would have won
