deso and skadi used to be , rn you can buy any attack modifier on any hero except AM and OD

so I can have Deso, Eye of Skadi and Satanic on Weaver? cool cool

The only unique attack modifiers that still exist are lifesteal from items that aren't Vlads, AM's mana burn, and OD's arcane orb.
