I think Pudge is a strong candidate to win this vote. Remember he was in the semis versus Juggernaut in the last Arcana vote. He already has a ton of skins but he has been the most recognizable Dota 1 and 2 hero for years now, I'm sure he deserves it

his mag res is so awful
his passive could give 4/8/12/16 armor at 10% hp and he would still suck 
they shud change his heal to be more effective (percentage of max hp?), cuz then u actually have something with ur survivability that isn't tied to a passive broken by silver edge
also an agi gain increase by a lot and an armor talent to replace hp at 10 or strength at 20
also a base dmg increase
also better starting armor
increased ms wud be nice
maybe making satanic build out of platemail instead of the mithril hammer.
