For everyone is different. For me it started out the avg of my party and solo then went +/- 100 for each win or loss.
Don't know, don't care, doesn't matter because your mmr result would be based by your performance, but the max mmr deviation is definitely way more limited
I won 9/10 of my games and I shit stomped every one of them. I got 3k mmr which was 200 less then my actual. So dont do international ranked thinking that if you are 2k you might somehow get 4k or something. The new mmr given will be close around your orignal mmr.
