my top bet would be, that its not a nerf to him, but buffs to others causes this, since now heroes like AM becomes a better choice in carry business.

His winrate tanked so hard with no direct nerfs to him.
Also I thought high level players would start picking up Battlefury on him this patch to keep up with the jungle, but apparently the Manta DIffusal build is still the only viable option in the Guides page.
