Go with the Badman build, Phase boots, Urn, drums, aquila, as your core. Then you build into manta style then diffusal. Items and its components are cheap. With these, you are able to gank and deal damage, and at the same time , let's you tank significantly.
that's 1 but i also struggle since he's a slow jungler and lanes just aren't safe in most cases
