Does reduction in non primary stats/ stat growth effect hero's that bad? Like necro had a agi state gain reduction from 1.7 to 1.2 and that hero is still same to play for me. I usually build armor items like Mek, blademail, Shiva's, veil on him so the agi gain reduction ain't make so much difference acc to me yet the hero's windage was decreased by 1.7%!
