No it's not. It depends on a "class" of ur hero.
It's obvious that supports and heroes without pure/phis dmg wont be able to farm ancients.
Other story with heroes with summons, splashes and other sources.
So, what are OVERALL answers for my questions?

ya think there's an easy way to calculate any of the 100+ heroes and all the possible level, item and skill builds combos
that's millions of combinations, there's no overall answer.

1) What is an average timing on farming ancients?
2) What is an average lvl for farming ancients?
3) Core items and sustain. (Lifesteal/Dominator etc)
4) Which skills are worth to be dropped? (Like dragon form; or battle trance)
