U mean wr? I legit thought u wanted to talk abt wind the movement of air. Anyway, its 180 dmg lvl 1 but it doesnt stun or slow so its not insane. Support wr seems okay, but roaming also seems kinda weird. I mean u get shackle and it deals no dmg or u get powershot but it doesnt stun.
just shit on a windrunner mid, she was still kinda useful to her team i guess but we had counters for sure
if you hit those lvl 1 powershots ur going to really hurt a lot of mids, making sure they dont have hg vision on mid is vital i think
