Non-ranked matches are more lenient with mmr differences than ranked is. It just matches you with those who are the closest skill level that have queued.

I am normal skill and last game as Riki. I got a party of 5.8k and 3.8k. And in my team I got only a 4k guy. I don't know why they got matched with me. I am too low and they are high.It is not even average. These guys completely rekt me.
