I play on the India server since I get better ping on it than SEA, but if you're asking about quality of players, it will remain the same no matter what server you play on. Trust me, cancer players are there on all servers and even all skill levels (just slightly less on very high skill than normal skill). However, if you want a good gaming experience, pick a server where you know people will speak the same language as you. That is key.
