And it just seems like everytime they pick him against heroes like slar/slard/pa/ember/pudge and then struggle. I dont remember the last time SF won mid. Like my last match I begged this guy not to go SF arguing that he wont do well against Ursa/Slark/Disruptor. Fucking guys still picks him and ofc he's got like 45% winrate on the hero, loses lane, proceeds to afk farm while we get off 4 man rps with no follow up dmg and only as we all are dead shadowblades in to die for a solo kill on sup.
Just played with one who spent the whole game bitching about me taking his farm, trying to gather souls so he can SB into the enemy fight, get dusted, stunned and get his ult off taking everyone to 40% HP
Was his strat the whole game
I think SF's skill cap is high because with a hero who has such high farming potential, he needs to snowball with kills + pushing over cs.
I know I'm NS garbage, but I also find itemizing on him to be extremely difficult compared to other mid heroes.

One of the only mid heroes, with which I've felt confident or at least relatively was SF.
That said, I almost never play mid.
He's among the easiest mid heroes out there IMO.
Either the SF u meet r really bad, as you seem to suggest, or u don't play as aggressively because u don't trust your SF to do anything against what u perceive is a tough lineup

It's gotten to a point to when I see sf icon on mid I immediately know we're going to lose. Okay I know I suck it's all my fault etc.etc., but any of you guys notice same pattern? Cause overall this hero is sitting on solid winrate.
