I sometimes get shit like oracle or visage(some of my least played heroes) when I random and I'm 200mmr above average. I still play mid with them and win the game, can't trust anyone thats more than 150 below me

I calibrated at 1.2k and today I'm almost 3k. You just need to be persistent, find a set of heroes that you feel confident with and start spaming those heroes.

learn tinker after 100 150 games u gona start winning every game and reach 3k very fast

Also dont play support on that bracket. I mean, 3k carry strugles to end a game and more often than not you get four cores or all cores team. You cant rely on a 1k carry to end a game before the magina and the alchemist on the other team get online. You better learn to play core or youll need a lot of luck getting out of the trench.
