play in 3200-3700 mmr average games for hs, 3700+ for very high

regarding unranked - besides solo mmr and party mmr, there are also hidden solo and hidden party ratings, used for normal mm same way as usual rating is used for ranked mm. you cant see hidden mmrs anywhere anymore, you can only guess it basing on ur skill bracket, and average mmrs of ppl u get matched with (on average, hidden rati and actual mmr are more or less the same)

dota thing in general, dotabuff just reads it off the replay file itself.
