Because tiny needs mobility. He has all the dmg he cud want, but if he cant position for avalnche toss then he is very useless. He also likes the sb attack speed. Usually goes echo into silver edge aghs ac or something like that afterwards.
blink sb is really good on tiny and miracle goes for blink sb most of the time on tiny actually
A lot of heroes who are played with the style of quick initiation and disengage and reengage benefits from blink plus sb. Even heroes like slardar axe can benefit from this build
