Same as last patch, helm->treads->sabre->dagger->luxuries, stack ancients with your helm. Hero is overall shitter as stacking ancients aren't as legit and the game's pace doesn't really suit Sven's farm farm farm->go apeshit playstyle, although it is harder to get your ancients blocked/contested as you can simply stack the other one. Ideally you stack one set of ancients with your helm while your support stacks the other but gl getting that in pubs.
