As said, open to anyone that wants to party up. I 3 stack with a couple high skill friends and 2 stack pretty frequently with my vhs cousin in ranked. I just find solo queue boring and frustrating with the lack of communication. And obviously those few friends aren't online at all times. If anyone is normal skill that doesn't bother me since I'm ns as well. XD
