Disabling shadows and lowering the graphic quality is probably the best you can do

I get around 30-35 fps usually but it drops in team fights. This causes very bad camera movement.
Any suggestion about graphic settings in game to improve it?
PS: my internet connection is good i usually get 25ms india and 60-70ms sea, 40ms sth dubai.
PPS: i use colorblind mode does that affect fps?
