c+ means ur hidden mmr is ~3k mmr, i have b on my main and im 4.5k

Data quality refers to the amount of games that have been analyzed by truesight. The MORE (not better) games where it says ur lane and whether u were core or support and ur item timings, the higher ur grade. If u have dota buff plus it puts u in the fast lane i think
