play him like regular lich, but when you get to level 19-20, i guess you can get something like lance/moonshard and do some decent damage.
keep in mind his autos are complete trash until you are 20 if they push high ground and you're only 19, you're just a regular lich.
Dude go et carry, pick attack speed for lvl 20 tree (+50) and at lvl 25 get the 80 bonus dmg from astral spirit on heroes. Clipping 5 heroes gives more dmg than a rapier lul.

With the 150 damage boost talent along with the 30% slow, I've been hearing a lot of talk about people going carry lich. I've been experimenting with different builds and I really like going treads > force staff > hurricane > orchid > MoM > bloodthorne.
