i would think so, its not awful. especially if ur life mission is to oneshot some squishy supp who can fuck ur team over like disruptor or WL

see what you have on your team
situations where you might consider diffusal: your team have no good realible blink stuns/long range stuns and you arent able to burst your target in 3 hits

you do see some mid/late game diffusal pick ups here and there

I won't say its good to get, but its not bad. 55 damage with mana burn added, 120 mana, 25 attack speed and like 3.4 armor before you even consider the utility aspect of it. Worst I've ever had to face with TA was a Sven and an Omniknight on the same team. Slapped the shopkeeper with 3150 gold faster than you could shake a stick at. One Scepter I can look past, two however, and I'm sold.
