apparently its what used to be Unknown skill, and now dotabuff attributes skill bracket by itself.
in other words, skill bracket of the ones that go without dotted lines, are extracted from steam api; while the dotted lines indicate dotabuff tagged this match with a certain skill bracket basing on its own system and not the info provided by steam.

Why some of my skill bracket got dotted line? Are there any explanations? I get confused some of my game was really hard and brutal to win if the bracket get dotted line below it. Help me guys!! Really appreciate for your explanation ☺️
