I think the ability to take rosh absurdly early at a near uncontestable speed with Slardar wins out, especially on Dire side. After all the dilation nerfs I don't think void is as strong as he was, before he cast dilation in your team and it fucked everyone, now he has to wait for the first volley of spells which doesn't really make sense as his kit wants him to jump first with Chrono.
