The reason why people pick TA is because shes such a strong laner, and she usually snowballs so hard when she has a good time in the first 10 minutes. The reasons why she is very underpicked is because 1. She doesnt give draft flexibiity, your 4 other picks will be centered around her, and 4-protect-1 strategies really suck and are easy to counter, now that turtling is very common and roshan is less rewarding now.
2. She has notorious counters that are almost impossible to play around, even with amazing mechanical skill. Most of them are lane counters, but thats the point: if you can shut down a TA early, you have easily won the game.

correct me if im wrong but refraction only breaks if the damage instance is 5+? considering the oov only does 3 per sec means that you dont break the charges but can trigger on hit effects like dagger 3 sec cd
yes population is problem. but damage very high, with desolator kill hero and tower very fast and roshan too
Yes i agr33 sano since i just try this hero i can feels good on mid and control the game good
