it's retarded, don't build it. some idiots who have good toggling skills started it as a troll build, it cought up. it won't work unless you actually have toggling skills.

Armlet is good on any hero if you have special scripts.

I think it's because it gives 500 hp and above mentioned toggles.

The attack speed bonus and damage are almost redundant.

Armlet is only toggle so my advice is an anti-game item as it was and it is still played... Playing with players that believes they are smart just because they toggle as fast as girls press button on dancing games...
