Yeah, it should be a 4.5 sec stun with 10 sec cd

I think its because people want Icefrog to buff AM for some reason, and he doesn't want to buff AM so he's mocking them by giving them something that is Technically an buff but really doesn't change anything. Well, that's what I chose to believe.

@Stormrage 4Head come to think of it it should be a permastun
