Your account ranking needs to be diamond or professional.
It's not about number of games as riki. The top 5 riki players right now don't have many games as riki.
asdfhj and yasp #1 AM player is a 2.3k solo mmr player and I thought skill brackets and mmr is also a factor in this rankings

badman is top 1 riki in yasp just because he is 8k, and he has 50.22 winrate on riki.

dotabuff ranking is not legit, its very bad.
dotamax has the best ranking as they dont use professional division, so all players have chance to be actually reaching the top.

If you wanna get in top 10 look up phantom Riki and learn from him .
