How could u play ranked games dude. I think u need more than 60 games. And u need to get lv 50 throphy to play ranked
Seriously, higher mmr doesnt change anything kiddos. Its the same shitty dota. Everyone still can't read their teammates minds and dumb shit happens constantly. Everyones still selfish and flamey (myself especially included.) 1k-5k is all shit. Just expect it and stop trying to get in higher mmrs. It doesn't somehow make you a more skilled player. You just ruin more games than are already shit.
tbh it all depends on your account hidden mmr. I saw someone who bought 5k mmr account, proceed to feed all 10 games in calibration (average less than 1 kda), and got 3.9k mmr. Yea dropped some mmr coz of bad performance, but 90% of your outcome still depends on your account hidden mmr.
TLDR: if you're in vhs you wont get calibrated in 1-3.5k no matter how hard you tried to feed (confirmed), if you're in normal skill chances of you getting 4.5k+ is probably quite hard (not confirmed yet, but it should follow similar trends). Well for recalibration at least.

Yea, account buyers are annoying, ruining game for everyone else. I wished there's prevention for this. Especially those 2-3k who thinks they can carry in 4-5k bracket. Its laughable coz its so easy to tell them apart, acc with 100games played n losing most of the games, inefficient farming patterns, feeding then stacking cc or missing spells.

So, I made this smurf back when I had low priority so I could play normal matches. My low priority ended and I went back to my account 4 months ago. Then I started reading on dotabuff you only need 30-40 games to calibrate! So I went back on this account to calibrate the mmr. I noticed in some smurfs they get high kda and go up in calibration. I started to play heroes that don't die easily, that way I can get kills, and avoid deaths while farming. Heroes you can abuse are anti mage, slark, queen of pain, storm spirit.

so my next game was at 3050 mmr, I went up 250 mmr!!

I calibrated at 3500 solo mmr, the secret to high mmr calibration is high kda. GPM is still really important, but if your gpm is 500 or 450 and you have a 10 kda or more you will go up a lot in calibration. The same probably works for the unranked games on your smurf.
