dotabuff has trouble with hero damage for sure, it's always different.
But mb they just use different definition of heroes damage.
Like if dotabuff's was damage to heroes and dota's was damage from your heroes to any target.
^If it counted damage to creeps, you'd get like 25k dmg minimum if you got 500 lh, and there are a lotof games where people have ~500
lh and barely 20k dmg.
Maybe dotabuff doesn't count splitshot dmg or dota client credits 50% dmg increase on her ulti to dusa. Or it takes dmg before reductions.

So i had the weekly compendium quest to Deal 65k hero dmg. I finished it After my 2 Medusa games and dota showed me 67/65 k dmg done. I just checked dota buff what say if done just slightly above 50k HD in this 2 games together. How is that possible?
