ur current ranked winrate is 57%, so most likely the mmr u currently deserve is at around 2.9k.
if your actual mmr atm is exactly 2400, you will need approximately 170 games to get to 2.9k considering ur winrate will stay at the same level (cause you pearn along with playing). the amount of games you need to play in order to calibrate a new account is actually about 170 as well.
BUT you will learn more by playing in ranked solo q, rather than in NMM with other smurfs.
Considering your goal is 4k, smurfing is suboptimal.

^While yes Triplesteal is a piece shit but he has a point. He cant create a sumrf before he has inproved it means nothing. Though, I do suggest this, create a smurf and if you're not VHS by 5 games then there is no way that your current skill is 4k so return to your main account.

If I were you I'd listen to the high 5k player who actually backed up what he said, as opposed to the angry normal skill smurf who just ranted about his hatred for TripleSteal.
try it out if you don't mind wasting some time.
btw, unranked VHS games are probably equivalent to 2.5k mmr - I never played at that bracket but the games are significantly worse than at ~3.5k. There are a few good players but they don't really make the difference... the picks, wards etc. are just horrible.
my advice: if you do make a smurf and are ready for calibration, play 10-20 games on your main first trying to make no mistakes rather than going for big plays.
Just let him try 5 games on a new account, if he got VHS he should continue, if not he should go back to his main.

So it's my first time to play Dota 2 ( I never play Dota 1 or game similar like this).
I calibrated at 800mmr ish, and now im 2.4k.
I play this game for 1300hr+ since now.
If i want go to higher bracket (>4k) with less time, should i make a new account or continue my journey with this account?
