General Discussioncalibrating mmr, random draft

Hey guys, is it possible to calibrate my mmr playing only rd? or I have to play always in ap mode?. I was playing since the beginning with rd mode and seriously, I played really good with high and very high skill, but my last two matches was in ap and I lost that two. For me, is more easier to play in random draft(I know I know, sounds really crazy and stupid but it's the reality t. t), so... it's really necessary play ap to calibrate my mmr? Help me pls :(
