You can't :D. Losing is part of life and you can't win all the time because let's all face it, no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Just learn to accept losing even if you did your best using your best picks because that's the way life is. My only advice is to never give up! There is always a "find match" button for you to try again. Improve and win, Lose and learn from your mistakes.

Go and create new acc, then, after amazing first ~15 games you will get normal (almost) teammates.

just communicate with ur team and have a PMA
even if they make mistakes , dont flame about it . nobody is perfect

my xp is that you shouldn't play too many ranked games in a row. After a while you get tired, reckless, start making stupid mistakes, lose focus and the game.
When you play 10-12 games in a row you can't physically be on your top form all that time.

It's easier said than done as this is pretty much like gambling, you lose one and you want to play another one to win, but you're in even worse form than in last game and you lose again.

solution, when you start losing ranked, play a couple of normal games, come back to ranked the next day.
