You've got to work on working around that, set the chat wheel with useful phrases you will need like push, requesting gank, etc. (dont put gg or new meta or anything that's useless to have translated to them, everyone knows what gg means), use pings useful and draw on the map making sure not to spam it. Basically just work on communicating with the built in means given to you, communication is how you win games. Are you gonna get assholes who troll and don't get how the game works and who are obnoxious? Of course! However by becoming a good player who can communicate and isn't an asshole you drastically increase your win rate and the amount of fun you have.

BIG, and I mean BIG part of Peru being shit is probably because of all their internet booths. They got shitty internet. Usually no PC at home, public steam accounts and so on. It's for the most part a very ghetto dota community but enjoy alot of dota because it's probably the most played game at the booths..

Never have I ever come across people of this kind. I mean the great lengths they go to make sure you're miserable while playing a game. They play on US servers to insult Americans and speak their language that nobody else understands.
How do I avoid playing with these dare-I-say humans? I'm really getting tired of having to deal with the same crap every game.
