dunno, there are dozens of possibilities. idr, is there any way to check the gift history as well, mb inside dota? would be interesting to check it.

steam support answer with a huuuuuuuge delay, like several weeks or so. dont expect their response to come soon, these guys are fucking slow.
Steam supp took 3 months to reply to my ticket and nope they never resolved it it's still open and around 6 months have passed
People seem to have gotten poor response from steam support but they actually helped me recover 2 of my sold accounts HAHAHAHAHA
Same thing happened to me - all my items were sold on the steam market and smn just cashed out. Maybe it was similar? You can check it by going on your account -> my profile, in the right corner -> trade history (dont know if thats tje exact name since im german) and then looking for active and recent offers.
Unfortunately the steam rules deem every market transaction finite so you wont be able to recover any sold items :/
