He was played at least once in DC's Captain's Draft 3.0 by Fear from EG. They won and the casters agreed that Arc was way too overpowered to be in captain's mode at the moment.
Yes but that's eg, captain's draft and don't think liquid tried to shut down arc early either . don't think arc is as broken as OD though. I think VP.lil had about 50-55 % wr when he was spamming it couple of months back.
Arc is ultra broken not just broken....1)3x midas value 2) 2x necros lvl 3 at lvl 15 max 3)ratting with rapier without any risk of losing the divine rapier since he can sit in the fountain 4)10 sec bkb and 100% misschance 5) destroying any solo offlaner
he is ultra-broken but the rapier is massively at risk. you know exactly where it is and zett is usually alone. a smoke or a haunt and that rapier is easily taken.

^ Is he a viable pick if he is introduced to the pro scene in 6.87? I guess he works well with push strats with a lycan, NP or drow etc or even a early game deathball ti4 meta. Can he played as offlane? I guess this hero still needs to be analysed much in the game. Thoughts?
