Its pretty retarded. Is simply who gets to click first. It should at least just ask who wants to be captain and then pick one of the volunteers at random.

Hello guys, i am new player in dota 2. I am playing only 2 months. How the game is decide who will be captain ? I am usually captain and i want to know why ?
