If your playing a hero that can easily kill someone up close like clock, pudge or ursa you can lure the enemy to you. Stand within vision, ask a teammate to type in all chat 'ursa afk pls wait' , pause the game, when they unpause to try and kill you give them swift justice.
fountain mana regen is 4% + 14 mana per second so drop your int/mana items so that you reach full mana quicker. health regen is only 4% per second.
fountain regen also lingers for 5 seconds so you don't need to wait to reach full health/mana, you should leave at ~80% to not waste any extra time, less if you're not at the edge of the fountain.

wheres ur source on 5 sec? i always thought it was 2-3 based on feel
also most mids take way too long to heal in the fountain when ure level 3-5 etc u can just reach base and immeidately tp out at like 5% hp mp
