well the better you get the better your teammates get as well. So basically, if you want better teammates, play better yourself.
People in VHS are also better at dota then people in NS, so there's that too. So many people think getting NS, HS or VHS depends on luck. It doesnt. I would do shit in 4.5k+ probably and I do very well in -3k so thats why I'm in between the two until I improve and get good.

People who play in VHS have easier life compare to normal skill. Easily because people who play normal skill even if they are really freakin skillful its hard to fuckin tell ppl to get back or dive in tower. In VHS ppl have brain to play the game. Just saying.
In VHS there are only small kills which I think they kniw when to get back and good positioning. Something that is not happen frequently in NS. I normally have little deaths...except my team jump into enemy or start fights which is not necessary.
